30-day returns
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email privacy@kt1production.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.
Damaged or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products, music downloads and memberships
- Underwear, socks and balaclavas, for hygiene reasons, unless defective
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
EU and UK customers
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged or wrong.
