Duties and taxes
When duties and import taxes are shown at checkout, they are included in your total and you won't pay anything extra at delivery. If they are not shown for your country, any customs fees charged on arrival are paid by the customer.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking stops updating or your order hasn't arrived, email privacy@kt1production.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
